Muay Thai Kickboxing

This class is aimed at beginners-intermediate students who want to leaern all the basics of Muay Thai Kickboxing. Pads, Gloves and wraps are provided for this class and can also be purchased.<br><br>The class will aim at giving students confidence in the art of striking and some grappling.
